Location: 1st Floor, Magharibi Place, Mai Mahiu Rd, Nairobi

Salary: KES 40,000 – 45,000 (gross) + performance-based incentives & airtime allowance

About Us

We are a fast-paced signage and visual branding company seeking a talented and proactive Account Manager to handle client communication, project follow-ups, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:

  • Serve as the lead contact for clients post-sale.
  • Understand client expectations and ensure clear briefs are relayed to internal teams (design, production, installation).
  • Proactively follow up with clients on project updates, timelines, and approvals.
  • Manage WhatsApp Business, email, and calls on behalf of the company.

Project Coordination:

  • Track project progress, schedule site visits/installation dates, and escalate issues.
  • Handle documentation and reporting.
  • Represent the company brand professionally.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years’ experience in client service, account/project management (branding, advertising, or signage preferred).
  • Strong communication skills – proactive, organized, and confident.
  • Tech-savvy – proficient in WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
  • Background in branding or graphic design knowledge is an added advantage.
  • A valid driving license is an added advantage.
