Our client, a top logistics and cargo provider, is looking for a dynamic Call Centre Lead to manage their expanding call centre operations.

Key Role:

Lead daily operations, drive performance, enhance customer service, and deliver actionable reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in call center operations (1+ in leadership)
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills
  • Proficient in CRM/call center software
  • Proven leadership and team coaching skills
